About the Role

The Technical Service Representative - Coal, is primarily responsible for technical sales and service for all allocated customers and potential customers in the East region. The TSR position also plays a key role in the implementation of the broad and customer-specific sales and marketing plans, to achieve increased sales, revenue growth and profile of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

· Provide technical advice and support to customers in relation to product

range.

· Work closely with customers to continually improve and add value to their business, at the same time recognising the implications of our actions on profitability

· Assist the RSM in the preparation of annual sales and cost budget for regional operations.

· Recognise and encourage new product development opportunities, ensure customers are aware of full product range.

· Ensure that company products are performing to the satisfaction of customers.

· Complete customer site visit reports upon return from mine sites.

About You

You bring over five years of key account management experience within the industrial products or mining sector, with a strong ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively at all levels. Your proven track record in developing new business and building lasting relationships sets you apart. You are capable of maintaining mine medical clearances and site inductions as required. A relevant trade or tertiary qualification in a related field is highly desirable.
