"In my current position, I'm responsible for the execution of the market strategy as well as for the activities related to our Sandvik Coromant centers. This is where customers can meet and interact with our machining experts and industry colleagues, conduct trainings, explore product innovations and bring in their components for complete manufacturing solutions. Just like my previous jobs at Sandvik, this role is a good fit for me, given my engineering background. I greatly appreciate the company's leaderhip, which along with the talent development mechanism recognizes employees' efforts and offers enriching opportunities for learning."

"My journey at Sandvik started with an internship in the assembly of crushers while I was studying at a technical college. Following graduation, I stayed on and, a few years later, got the opportunity to become a team leader. After a couple of years, I was asked if I was interested in studying during part of my working hours to become a manufacturing technician. I enjoy problem-solving, so that suited me perfectly. The drive to improve, along with great colleagues, continues to make my time here very fulfilling."
