Speak Up Policy
Sandvik Group's Code of Conduct and the core values Customer Focus, Innovation, Fair Play and Passion to Win form the foundation for conducting our business with honesty, integrity and high ethical standards.
The purpose of the Speak Up Policy is to explain how employees and other stakeholders can raise concerns (Speak-up) about suspected breaches of Sandvik´s Code, policies and the law without fear of retaliation. It also describes what employees and other stakeholders can expect from the Company if they Speak Up.
The Speak Up Policy is supported by the Investigations and Remediations Procedure outlining how investigations of suspected breaches are to be managed, including remediation activities.
